What happens during a Scorecard assessment?

  • An accredited assessor will visit your home to conduct a thorough on-site assessment. They collect data covering room sizes, construction materials, window type, placement and furnishings, insulation, your hot water system, heating, cooling, lighting and any renewable energy sources.
  • The assessment includes taking photographs of household energy features for quality assurance purposes. The Scorecard's purpose-built software means the results are instantly accessible so you will get immediate feedback from the assessor.
